We are the Other  -   Walter , 38th & Chicago Bus Stop, South Minneapolis, MN This picture was take by Wing Young Huie in South Minneapolis,MN. In this black and white picture we see a Hispanic/Latino man sitting at the 38th & Chicago Bus Stop bus stop.Based on the hashtags, it states that is '#Ecuadorian' and '#teen'. He is holding a sign that reads "Equality for the undocumented" in chalk. You can tell that the emotions on his face are that of sadness. It can be inferred that his sad expression is a result of being alienated from society due to his legal status. By looking at the image it is really portraying the negative side effects of alienating a group of people, in this case this group are undocumented immigrants. IOC Practice- I'm sorry in advance :')

I apologize in advance because I feel like the rubric's wording is a little vague (?) Also I have incorporated some questions that I ran into while doing this so if anyone has the answers... Criterion A: probably a 3/4 : I feel like I remained only referencing one theme, ( appearance vs. reality) and I'm not sure if I should have mentioned more. But I also did reference the texts for all of the points I made.  - Question: Should I reference all of the qualities of the text or just the ones that stand out the most?  Criterion B: 5/6 because I feel as though I did mention literary features and their impact on the text and the reader, although I feel as thought for every single point I was just stating the same thing over and over again, which isn't great....

Netflix and Macbeth?

What would I recommend that Lady Macbeth watch on Netflix?  Santa Clarita Diet Plot:  Santa Clarita Diet is about Sheila, a regular mom from Santa Clarita California and her normal life with her family. Then suddenly she is hit with an illness that turns her into a zombie. This then begins her killing spree rampage (with help from her husband). They go around murdering random people so that Sheila wont go hungry. Also, at the same time Joel and his daughter are searching for a cure to this strange illness.  Why?  I think this show would be perfect for Lady Macbeth because of the powerful female lead, and how she kills people with the help of her husband. This is very similar to Lady Macbeth because she is a very strong and powerful woman, who manipulates her husband into killing Duncan with her.
